III CONGRESS OF THE BIKE

The 3rd Congress of the Bicycle will be held in Lleida from 15 to 17 April 2010. This congress takes over from the first edition (held in the Barcelona Forum in 2006) and second (which took place in Hospitalet de Llobregat in 2008), marking the first time the Congress of the bike out of the province of Barcelona.
